our fight for freedom effects wars which are happening today becuase we've realised that if we can win a war for freedom years ago with less weapons and money, we can win a war now today with high tech guns and much more money.
i think the fight for our freedom is giving us the thought of too much freedom and the victory of that war is giving us the proof that we can win any war for we are even more advanced then we were in the 18th century-like um, "John Adam" said.
Our own fight for freedom is effecting wars in today's society. Like what "john adams" said, we won the Revolutionary War hundreds of years ago with not a lot of money, and small amount of weapons, it is easier for us to win a war because we have a lot of money and better weapons.
Freedom is something that others are trying to gain, today. Iraq, Afganistan adn Cyprus are examples of countries that want freedom. Iraq wants freedom from America, and Cyprus wants freedom from the Turks who are being supported by the Americans.
Our fight for freedom back then was a great effort but in the end, we succeeded. Relating to what John Adams said, Back then we had less experience and not as well equiped as we are today so we have a feeling that if we try hard enough, we can get past any war today.
Our fight for freedom is much different then in the colonial times. We have better types of armory and weaponry. We have a lot more soldiers fighting for our country back then. Now in today's society we have a powerful navy, air force, and military, including deadly nuclear weapons. We have a much easier way of being victorious in wars now.
I believe that our own fight for freedom parallels with the events happening in today's soiety because we are still fighting to protect our nation. Of course, just because there are some similarities to our fight for freedom, that does not mean that there aren't any differences. Now, we are fighting the war in Iran and Iraq because we fear that they have nuclear weapons. In the Revolutionairy War, we did not fight because we feared that Britain would destroy us, we fought for freedom. We also did not have as much artillery as we needed back then, but now we do. Now, we actually have a well trained Army and Navy, which is definnitely a significant difference that before.
I agree with "John Adams" because it would be hard to fight if we didn't have "Hightech" weapons like we do now. Since our economy is better, we have more money for good weapons.
We have our freedom. Back then we did'nt. Or Armed Forces have more Experence then we had back then.We have a better Ecomony then we had back then. Our country has improved in many ways.We had a lot of problems back then. Most of them have changed for the better.
I think our own fight for freedom parallel events happening today in our society because were still fighting in wars today because we think another country is trying to hurt us. So now we fight war for anything we want I guess. Back then we fought for freedom from another country. Now we still fight in wars but not for freedom because we already have that. Now we fight wars when someone has hurt us like 9/11 for example.
we still have wars to help our government and society today and we all want to declare our freedom. Only now, we have more weapons and money than they did before.
H.W:Today's Society: I think our own fight for freedom parallel events happening in today's society. This is because like Jonathan said, we still fight for our nation. But now we have more trained people, better weapons and money.
I think our fight for freedom parallel events in todays society because in todays society some countries are still fighting for their freedom from rulers just like the Americans from King George.
I think there are few parallels with today's wars and the revolutionary war. The revolution was about freedom of religion, freedom of speech and taxation with representation. Today's wars are mostly about money or getting rid of a dictator who is in total control of a country's treasury and natural resources. I think George Washington would be disappointed in the way we decide to go to war. He would do a better job at diplomacy.
I think that the war now is related to the war in the 18th centry because english learn a new way of goverment and we are trying to change the goverment in iraq. Also I think the war is related to the war in the 18th centry is that we were always getting a good grip on the war. That is my blog post for today.
i think that our own fight for freedom is happening in today's society because we are still fighting for our nation (like Jonathan said) and we are thinking of smart ways to defend our country from all the bad events happening in our world. ~christina park
I think our fight is effecting our society today because we are still fighting our our nation. WE are still trying to protect our nation from all of the dangers out there. Our fight is effecting other countries too. because other countries are trying to fight for their freedom.
I agree with Jessica and "John Adams". We're starting to maybe underestimate people i guess. Like they said think that because we won with nothing then, we can win now because we have so much. But i must also add that just because we won then (and it was supposedly right) that doesn't mean we would be RIGHT to win now.
I think that the freedom we want now is way different then wat we wanted in the revelutionary war times. Its much different now from back then becuase we have better weapons, now we have "big guns". Back in the revelutionary war times we were throwing rocks at the british! We have better soldiers now the back then.
MAKE UP HOMEWORK: Our freedom is what is making the wars. Other countries do not like the fact that we have freedom and they don't. To win the wars that is taking place now, we can win it with A LOT of money and with more high tech guns. We still have wars because the government thinks they are protecting us from danger that hasn't even been committed yet.
Our own fight for freedom is effecting wars in today's society. Like what "john adams" said, we won the Revolutionary War hundreds of years ago with not a lot of money, and small amount of weapons, it is easier for us to win a war because we have a lot of money and better weapons. We also started with nothing in the 18th century and now we have trained soilders
Our fight for freedom now is much different then it was in the begining. I dont think we're really fighting for freedom now because we've already gotten our freedom but fighting to protect our nation and to see who has the most power. I don't see much comparisin to the wars that we had in colonial times because back then we were mostly just fighting for all the freedom we could get and now we're fighting in war whenever we feel threatened by another countrey.
i think it is similar because we are fighting for freedom in iraq today because we want to be free from terrorism. The only difference is that they wanted to be free from taxes that britian was charging them.
I think our country used to fight for our feedom and our rights. This influences our country today because now our country fights to protect our freedom and our riqhts.

we are still having wars to make the citizens safe because people in the u.s think other Country's are making nuclear weapons.
