Taking information for proper citation

The information you will need to create a proper bibliography

-Title, author, date of publication, place of publication, publisher

chapter or article in a book
Title of the chapter or article, title of the book, author or authors, date of publication, publisher, place of publication

internet source
Title of page, author (if there is one), the publisher of the page, date the page was last updated and the whole url

journal or magazine source
title of the article, name of the magazine, author or authors, date of publication, issue and volume number, page numbers,

encyclopedia
title of entry, title of the encyclopedia, editors and/or authors, date of publication, place of publication and publisher

Make sure you are taking all of this information down whenever you consult a source
