Standards
Today in class, we stared talking about which standards do we feel we've mastered so far. And which do we still need work on.Well I think that I have got'en better in reading a map. At first I had alot of truble with reading a map, but now I know how to read a map better. I still need to get better.

I think a standard that I have mastered is my libary skills, I know how to find books and I know how to use thte computre as a resource. A standard I feel I have not mastered yet is the map still, it's still kind of confusing to me. I feel I would be better off not knowing how to read a map.

I have mastered being a good teammate when working with a group, and writing a bibliography. I need to work on using bigger vocabulary words in my writing, and putting more opinion in my writing pieces.
A standard that I think needs to be improved on is getting into the depth of my writing. I've noticed, that when I write my book talk, I only "skim the surface". I don't really get into detail. A standard that I think I've mastered is using library resources to find information.
I think i have mastered the skill of free writing. Also the skill of finding a good book. I still need to brush up on my parts of speech. It is hard for me to reconize parts such as conjunctions, prepositions etc.(I can't tell them apart)
I think the standards that I mastered are my are my project skills. I did badly on my last project but that helped me see who to make a good project.
I think one standard that I have mastered this year is my writing skills and my vocabulary. I didnt have a wide range of vocabulary before but this year I got better and better. However, I need to improve in my freewriting because I often get stuck.

i think i have mastered not much. i had alot of trouble in big vocabulary words . i think i mastered reading maps . this year i inproved in my vocabulary . i learned alot of new vocabulary words.
