When is war justified
I think war being justified depends on what's going on. I don't agree with war but I'm not totally against it, I'll use two examples of this. The first example is World War II, this war is the war that I think that war is justified because if we didn't go to war then, Many more people would have died than if we went in as well as the fact as that the world would now be run by Nazis and we wouldn't want that either. My second example is the war in Vietnam; the only reason we went to this war was an act out of paranoia not that we shouldn't have been afraid, the results of the "domino affect" is really something to fear, but we should have at least calmed down and made sure nothing was wrong. Plus we went there for so many years just to watch the border between northern and southern Vietnam when during that time had we not been at war we could have put so much funding into something useful like education or science.

I think War is mostly unjustified. However they're have been occasions when war was nessesary such as The American Revoulution and the Civil War. Unfortunatly they're were a lot of unnecesary Wars. War is not justified without a worthy cause.
I think that wars are not justified because all it is doing is hurting the earth. Also I think it is unjustified becasue we never think of talking it out it always going to war it like there is no use of the mouth anymore
I think wars are not justified because instead of talking it out like civilized people,they just end up killing each other. But, like julien said, wars can be neccessary sometimes if there is a specific cause.
i think war is justified only if the reason is extremely good. I don't know what reason is good enough for war because maybe war is something that helps the natural balance to help over population.

I don't think war is ever justified because many people die in wars, but I do believe in self defense. If a country is under attack, they do need to defend them self.
I do think that there should be another way instead of war. The head of the the countries that are in dispute should verse each other in either a video game or a tennis match. This way no one gets killed. All the countries have to agree to this.
war isnt usually justified. Sometimes when there is a really good reason and the outcome is fair, to both sides of the war, that is when war is justified. Most of the time, war is not the best way to go. Usually what happends is, you send out troops to another country; and the outcome is a bundle of lost souls and you also destroyed the area wherever the war took place.

I think that war is not justified because people get killed but however just like julian said some are neccessary if the war has a worthy cause of fighting
I think war is justafied becauseit dosnt solve anything. Allit does is create conflicte all through the world. We shoud get along and and have peace or weshoud have no contact with other contries.
I don't think war is justified because we aren't getting anthing out of wars between countries. We are just wasting all of the money on the wars for nothing. I don't think we should have war.
I feel war is never justified because all it will do is hurt people in so many ways. People should just talk it out instead of cutting peoples heads off and instead of shooting them. I feel people should love one another to live in peace.
I think that war is unjustified because the only thing war does is hurt people or worse kill them. War also hurts the earth. I also think that war is unjustified because sometimes countries go to war over no reason.

War is only justified if the reason for it is to protect, but only if have a very good proof that someone else is doing something to harm us-not that you asume that we are threaten.

I don't think war is justified. War causes destruction and death. If we were invaded I would fight the war to protect my country. The Revolution was neecessary and we needed to have freedom.
I think that wars are definetly unjustified, because their is no sense in killing others. An example of an unjustified war is the war with Iraq. The reason in the fist place we even starterd a war was because of September 11th. Now the war in Iraq is held because of no oil. Is that a reason that innocent lives are being taken away-I think not. I think that America is a country thatis loved, and cared about. I wish all countries were too. I wish we can all join together and finally have PEACE!! Isn't that what our country-America has been fighting for!=)
